Privacy for receipt-grade AI-readiness audits.

We collect scan URLs, store domains, scan results, audit artifacts, and fix recommendations generated from publicly reachable storefront pages. When a person submits an email address, we store that email so we can deliver the requested report, follow up on the scan, or support the account.

For Pro and Enterprise customers, we also keep account and subscription context needed to provide the paid service. UCPScore does not need payment-card details in the dashboard; payment processing is handled by the provider configured for the subscription flow.

We use scan data to produce AI-readiness scores, benchmark comparisons, issue explanations, and fix guidance. We use submitted emails to send the requested output, respond to support requests, and communicate about the account or service.

Audit results may be aggregated into benchmark statistics only after being separated from private customer account context. We never share or sell customer data.

Scan results, audit artifacts, and fix recommendations are stored in Supabase. Stored data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, matching the security commitment stated in the UCPScore pricing FAQ.

Administrative access is restricted to authenticated operator sessions and service-side credentials. Public visitors can request scans, view public pages, and access only the report surfaces intentionally exposed by the product.

Public scans submitted without an email address are deleted after 30 days. Pro and Enterprise customer data is retained while the subscription is active so the account can keep its audit history, recommendations, and receipt trail.

UCPScore does not sell personal information, scan results, or customer account data. We also do not share that data with third parties for their advertising or resale.
